MAS Katy provides various services and facilities for events, including Imam for Nikah, room rentals, decorations, and staff assistance. The staff will assist with entry and closure of the facility but will not provide setup, decoration, or service unless additional services are purchased. The client is responsible for coordinating these services in advance if needed. Facility/Service Costs: Imam for Nikah: $150 Main prayer hall for Nikah (1 hour): $300 Package (Multipurpose hall + Main hall + table/chair setup for 3 hours): $800 Overstay (per hour, up to 5 hours): $300 Decoration: Price varies Servers/helpers (per person): $100 Policies: Clients may enter the facility up to one hour before the event. Events must conclude by the end of the reserved time, with an additional overstay fee if needed. A $1000 security deposit is required, and clients are responsible for any damage during the event. Cancellations made within two weeks will receive a refund of the security deposit. MAS Katy reserves the right to cancel the agreement if the client violates terms, with no refund.
