By accessing and using the CMZ Admin Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal. CMZ reserves the right to review, flag, and remove content that violates these guidelines.

1. Content Guidelines

You may only upload content that is relevant to masjid/organization/independent rep management (for example, salah timings, events, programs, services, announcements, or educational material).

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libelous material
• Content that invades another's privacy or promotes hate, discrimination, or violence based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Unauthorized commercial advertisements, spam, phishing attempts, or misleading information
• Any material that violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights

2. User Responsibility

As an authorized administrator, you are fully responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content you upload
• Ensuring you have the necessary permissions and rights for any media, text, or files you share
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

3. Intellectual Property

All content you upload remains your property (or the property of your masjid/organization/independent rep). However, by uploading it, you grant CMZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and transmit the content solely within the CMZ ecosystem (app, portal, TV displays, etc.) for the benefit of your community.

4. Account Termination and Violations

We may suspend or terminate your access to the portal at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. You agree that CMZ will not be liable for any such termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

The CMZ Admin Portal is provided "as is." CMZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal or any content uploaded to it.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CMZ Admin Portal, authorized administrators agree to comply with these content guidelines and the overall terms and conditions. Violations may result in the suspension or termination of user accounts and legal action if necessary.
