2- Fill out BURIAL INTAKE FORM as soon as possible to expedite process.
3- Download MUSLIM CEMETERY USAGE AGREEMENT. Complete document and return.
4- Download STATE OF TEXAS DEATH CERTIFICATE. Complete document and return.
5- Go to BURIAL PROCEDURES & GUIDELINES to understand more.
6- Continue to communicate with ICGA Funeral Coordinator.

To schedule a Nikah Ceremony to be performed at ICBC, please complete and submit this application. Prior to the ceremony, please submit a $250 ICBC fee online or submit a check for the fee to the ICBC Imam. Also, we recommend a separate fee of $250 for Imam payable directly to him.
