Assalamu alaikum! This form is required to be completed for any Nikkah/Katb Al Kitaab requests at McKinney Islamic Association. We will follow up with you once your submission has been reviewed by our MIA shura and Imam for approval insha Allah. Once approved, a suggested (Hadya) amount of $300 for Imam services is appreciated. This can be given directly to to the Imam on the day of the Nikkah. Our MIA booking fee of $100 + deposit of $150 are due at the time of booking, and can be made via Zelle: zelle@mckinneymasjid.org or online at bit.ly/mckinneymasjid (select ‘Other’ category and indicate in memo: Nikkah/Katb Al Kitaab ceremony with name and date of event). The deposit amount of $150 is refundable after the event pending confirmation that no cleanup or damage has been left from the event.
