We are a grassroot organization focusing on self-development, education, outreach and social services.
ICNA Rockford is a local chapter of a larger national organization that was established in September of 1968, Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA). The organization was founded in a response to the growing need for a supportive Muslim community in North America. Later ICNA grew branches to deal with issues from local community development to larger social injustice issues.
ICNA Rockford was established in July 2014 to serve and support the local community and focus on local issues.
