Georgetown Islamic Center (GIC) was established in 2018 to provide a prayer space and community center for the growing Muslim population in Georgetown, Hutto, and North Round Rock. In March 2022, GIC acquired a 6.5-acre property with two buildings, now serving as a masjid and community hub offering a wide range of programs.
