Religion and culture are two fundamental components of social structures, on the bases of which people are identified and distinguished. these two elements are often intertwined, perhaps more so among Muslim communities compared to others, it is the observance of religion and culture that enable communities to live together in cohesion according to common beliefs and cultural traditions. in order to pass on these values to future generations, establishment of relevant institutions are necessary.
